The program is crafted to provide graduates with the skills and knowledge essential for entering the workforce, empowering them to achieve success. It aims to guide them in taking their initial steps in their professional journey and enhancing their capabilities in key economic sectors, aligning with the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030 for the insurance sector

الشروط :
- سعودي الجنسية.
- حديث التخرج ٢٠٢٢-٢٠٢٣.
- أن يكون عمر المتقدم ٢٦ عامّا فأقل لخريجي البكالوريوس.
- أن يكون عمر المتقدم ٣٠ عامّا فأقل لخريجي الماجستير.
- خبرة لا تزيد عن سنة.
- إجادة اللغة الانجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- أن يكون المعدل التراكمي على الاقل ٣/٤ أو مايعادلها في أنظمة الدرجات الأخرى .
- أن يكون حاصل على درجة ٥،٥ في اختبار ايلتس أو مايعادلها في الاختبارات الأخرى.
- أن يجتاز المقابلات الشخصية.
:Conditions
- Saudi nationality
- A fresh graduate 200-2023.
- The applicant must be 26 years old or younger for bachelor's degree's holders.
- The applicant must be 30 years old or younger for master's degree's holders.
- Experience of no more than one year.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- The GPA should be at least 4/3 or its equivalent in other grading system.
- A score of at least 5.5 in the IELTS test or its equivalent in other tests.
- Successful completion of personal interviews.
